How can i win my ex-girlfriend back?

Ok. she dumped me 4 days ago. now she say she wants to be friends but wont take me back. We had sex last night. then she said she felt like a slut. But now i reckon im starting to get through to her. I made a scrapbook of us and havent finished it yet. I am going to her house for dinner as "friends" she says. What do you reckon i can do? I want to make her something special give me tips and thoughts on how to get my ex back please

First off, are you making her dinner as friends at her house or is she making dinner for you? If you are making her dinner than I suggest making her favorite foods.
If you want her back and you reckon she wants you back then I believe you should question her. Unless, you want to continue on as friends with benefits.

Winning back your ex girlfriend is a very hard thing to do. It is a lot simpler to generate feelings in someone, than it is to change their feelings. But if you take the right steps, and more importantly don’t do the incorrect things, your chances increase dramatically.

Don’t Question Her To Get Back Together
You should never question her to get back together. Why? Simple, because her answer will be NO!
You’re only shot at getting your ex girlfriend back is to follow the right steps that will make her question you to get back together. Maybe if you broke up with her, then you might be able to be the one who brings up the subject of getting back together. But if you can do it without, it would be much better.
But how do you get someone back without seeming desperate? In order to get girls attention, you have to show value without telegraphing your interest in her, while at the same time initiating interaction.
So don’t ignore someone’s texts and calls when they break up with you. It screams that you are so devastated by the breakup that you can’t even handle talking to her. You want to respond to her, but do it in the right way. You can even initiate communication if you do it in the right way.
You have to maintain a strong frame of confidence, and show your ex girlfriend that your happiness isn’t dependent on being with her.
Being Jealous Is Not The Way To Go

Do not be that stereotypical mad ex. Do not throw out their stuff or demand for them to come pick up their stuff right now. It’s better to be flexible, simple-going and understanding. A person who doesn’t take things too seriously is an attractive quality in itself. It may inspire your ex girlfriend to start communicating with you again quicker then you might reckon.
