How do I convince my ex girlfriend to get over her other ex who she left me for?

This guy told her he didn’t want to get back together, doesn’t live in the same state, and they only went out for like 2 months. It makes me mad because I really liked her but as soon as this guy went away she got really depressed and broke up with me.

you honestly shouldn’t have to convince her of anything. you alone can’t make her get over this ex bf of hers. if she wants to, then she will. as much as you may dislike hearing this, it sounds as if she really cares for this guy, and is using you as sort of a temporary incase he decides he does want to get back together with her. she just kind of used you, and then when she saw there was no point in it because he had went away, she broke up with you. dont waste your time on this one. she’s not for you. she likes this other guy, and putting your time/energy/feelings on the line is not worth it. trust me. just let her go. she’ll figure it out, and you should go on. there is someone way better suited out there for you.

she left him for you and now she left you because of him do you see a pattern here she will continue to upgrade!
