First has bf been properly diagnosed bi polar? Is he taking medication, if not he will have thoughts racing threw his head all the time and depending if he acts on them it can lead to a real roller coaster ride.
There are varying degrees of bi polar, some people can hold jobs and keep things together others just fold, so with management he can become honestly stable, but w/o its a real roller coaster ride.
