My ex got a motorcycle under my name impounded for DUI will my insurance get affected?

That’s my first question.
Second… I signed over the title but he never took it over to the DMV is it to late for him to switch it over? Or do I have to go take it out myself

No, it is not going to effect your insurance at all, only hers. The title has nothing do with it. It only has to do with the driving record of the person charged with the DUI. Your will not be affected since you didn’t receive a charge.
