What can I do everytime I get the urge to call my ex-boyfriend?

Call someone who you know likes you. If you have siblings call them, call an aunt, uncle, grandpa, grandma, cousin, friend – anyone but them. Like yourself and treat yourself with the upmost respect. It starts with you.
